2010 Coaching Clinics
Classes for 2010 are in the process of being scheduled!
Don't miss this opportunity!
These clinics are very practical, and demonstrate fun and effective
games and drills for teaching soccer. They are designed for
rec and advanced (Class 1, 3 and 4) coaches of all age groups. The clinics
are perfect for those new to the game as well as returning
coaches. Parents who are thinking about coaching this coming
spring are also encouraged to sign up.
Pre-F - This course will help the coach to train young players (U-6, U8, U10) understanding their different stages in their psychological, social and physical development, thereby keeping practices enjoyable and productive.
The F license focuses on teaching individual
skills and tactics, while the E license focuses
on team tactics (two or more players). The two clinics complement
each other, however, you must have taken the F license to take
the E license.
E/D - is a review and application of the F and E licenses in preparation for the coach to take the D license.
It is recommended that the coaches take the D license course right after getting their E/D.
For Pre-F, F and E licenses the coach must apply the information for a season before taking the next license. This is not required for the E/D license.
